Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc. has been providing sales, services and support for ticketing systems in the entertainment, transportation and related industries since 1988. Through out the past 25 years, over 400 companies in over 40 countries have automated their ticketing operations with Gateway's Galaxy® software.
Gateway is a small, team-oriented company of approximately 100 employees. The headquarters, located in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, provides all software development and technical support. Additional sales and support offices are located in Calgary, Canada and London, United Kingdom. The Gateway model is based on the premise that the point-of-sale applications and access-controlled environments are a complex undertaking involving cashiers, operations, marketing, accounting and executive systems in local and wide area networks. We believe our customers need not a software but a solution which encompasses reliable hardware, software, service and support from more than a vendor but a trusted ally.
