We’re back! And we couldn’t be more excited. We will be holding the 2021 Galaxy User Group Meeting in-person, in Las Vegas this year.
We recently sent a survey about UGM and the results were clear: You want an in-person event in October.

Justification Letter

Hotel Details
All 2021 Galaxy User Group Meeting sessions and the group rate hotel block are held at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel.

The block rate at the hotel is $218 USD/night plus taxes and fees. This includes a destination fee per night. Please book your stay as soon as possible as the rate expires on September 10, or when all the rooms are booked.

Health & Safety
During UGM 2021, we will subscribe to the most up-to-date safety and health regulations available from the CDC in early October, as well as the rules and regulations of Las Vegas at the time in terms of masking, safety and cleanliness. Measures will include:
All employees and attendees MUST wear a protective face mask while in common areas or inside meeting spaces, in accordance with the current mandate of the city of Las Vegas.
Each meeting space will be adequately equipped with hand sanitizing stations.
Electrostatic sprayers will be utilized in between sessions and breaks, and the hotel will have increased cleaning of public spaces.
