Industry Insider Joins Gateway as Customer Service Manager

Gilbertsville, Pa. (June 28, 2017) – Matthew Hoenstine, of Orlando, Fla., recently joined Gateway Ticketing Systems as its Destinations Principal.
Hoenstine previously worked at Universal Orlando Resort in myriad roles including Pricing & Analytics Manager, Business Systems Improvement Manager and Assistant Director of Product Development. He also serves on the Finance and Technology Committee of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).
In his new role, Hoenstine will leverage his 20 years of industry knowledge to work with Gateway customers, as well as non-customers who are interested in improving their business operations, on high-level strategic and project planning.

He’s equally adept at strategies to enhance the guest experience as he is at operational issues such as fraud mitigation and product pricing,” says Don Eash, Gateway’s Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. “Matthew understands how to best utilize technology to improve business operations.
