Gilbertsville, PA (April 11, 2022) – Gateway Ticketing Systems will be attending the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ (AZA) 2022 Mid-Year Meeting. The Meeting is April 19-24 in Long Beach, CA, hosted by Aquarium of the Pacific. This marks the return of in-person events for AZA, and the first time Gateway representatives will reconnect with Zoo and Aquarium professionals in-person in over two years.
Chad Wallace, Business Solutions Architect, and Jamie Flaherty, Key Accounts Manager, will be attending the Meeting representing Gateway. Both Chad and Jamie have deep ties to the Zoo and Aquarium space and are looking forward to reconnecting. They’ll be there to learn, connect and engage, but they’ll also be there to talk ticketing and revenue operations.
“We understand the needs of Zoos and Aquariums, and it shows with the number of attractions in this space that use our Galaxy Ticketing and Guest Experience solution,” says Chad Wallace, Business Solutions Architect at Gateway. “Our Membership module for selling and managing memberships and our Order Entry module for reserving, managing, and invoicing both group and advance sales orders really resonate with the market. In addition we have a fully integrated CRM and donor management functionality.”
Chad Continues: “If your zoo or aquarium is looking for a new ticketing and guest experience solution – or if you just think it’s valuable to stay on top of the ticketing systems available – I’d love to connect at the meeting.”
If a Zoo or Aquarium professional is attending the AZA Mid-Year Meeting, they can book a time to meet with Chad or Jamie right here.
The Meeting is hosted by Aquarium of the Pacific, a customer of Gateway’s. The Aquarium will be hosting Aquarium Day at Aquarium of the Pacific on Friday, April 22, from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm. During the day, Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to step behind the scenes of the Aquarium’s ticketing operations and see Galaxy in action. If an attendee is interested in exploring this side of the Aquarium’s operations and how Galaxy helps drive efficiency and revenue, they can connect with Chad and Jamie beforehand, or lookout for the sign by the front entrance.
Similarly, The Living Desert, another Gateway customer, is hosting a Pre-Conference Tour on Tuesday, April 19. Those attending this tour will have the same opportunity to step behind the scenes to explore Galaxy and the The Living Desert’s overall operations.
