As our customer attractions solidify their reopening plans, or actually reopen, we wanted to provide an additional support resource specifically for them, specifically for Galaxy…. and #TuesdayTalks was born.
We had a request from one of our users to walk through the configuration of setting up their timed entry event. So we thought that would be a good opportunity to initiate a community forum to walk through configuring capacity management, holds & pass required tickets in Galaxy. We spent the first part of the forum covering the config. Then we answered any questions the community had.
