During our discussions for the April 15 webinar (Reopening Strategies and Transitioning to a Capacity Manager Attraction), we realized…we had so much more to say! So while that week addressed transitioning to capacity management for your entire venue in-general, also specifically about how to manage general admission, and touched on the guest experience in-park – this week focused almost entirely on the strategies and technology you can use to maintain social distancing best practices and transition to capacity management within your venue.
We talked retail, food & beverage and the operation of rides and exhibits with the largest panel of subject matter experts from the attractions community we’ve had to date. We’re also received an incredibly helpful update from the attractions space in Europe, a part of the world that is handling the crisis in many ways similarly, but also in many ways differently than the US. The key learnings from countries like Sweden in particular, which haven’t closed businesses as stringently as other countries provide an interesting potential roadmap for where we may be headed.
