Webinar May 27: These Attractions Have Already Reopened – Here’s What They’ve Learned So Far

Updated: June 1, 2020 | Share on LinkedIn

Recorded Webinar from May 27, 2020

Attractions have reopened. With limited capacity. With new safety and cleanliness policies and procedures. And with a guest experience that, for some, is drastically different than it was before coronavirus. But attractions have reopened! This week we celebrated the progress we’ve made the past few months and shifted the conversation from reopening strategy…to reopening execution.

We had a panel of professionals from attractions that have already reopened: Atlantis Sanya, The National WWII Museum, and Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. We heard their reopening stories: what worked, what didn’t, what was expected and what was surprising, as guests returned to their venues.

When we reopen, we get one chance to make a second first impression for the cleanliness, safety and guest experience of our venue – so we need to get it right. It’s just as important now to stay connected, stay united, and learn from each other as we move into the next phase of this crisis. We recorded the webinar, and you can watch it below.

You can also download the PowerPoint slides from the webinar right here.
