Gateway Ticketing Systems, a global provider of ticketing, admission control, and revenue management solutions for the attractions industry for more than 35 years, today announced the appointment of Chad Wallace as Director of Sales, effective March 2.
Wallace has more than 30 years of sales experience in the attractions industry, including roles at Nutmeg and, most recently, at Digonex. He has partnered with attractions across North America and internationally to implement ticketing, pricing, and guest-engagement solutions, focusing on practical, revenue-driven strategies that drive attendance, optimize yield, and enhance the visitor experience.
As Director of Sales, Wallace will lead Gateway’s sales initiatives, focusing on strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering measurable value to attractions worldwide.
