From the industry's best ticketing system to unified food & beverage and retail operations, Gateway offers world-class solutions to increase revenue.
Gateway Ticketing Systems, a global provider of ticketing, admission control, and revenue management solutions for the attractions industry for more than 35 years, today announced the appointments of Eric Fluet as Vice President of Marketing and Chad Wallace as Director of Sales, effective February 23 and March 2, respectively.

Fluet brings more than 30 years of experience in the amusement and attractions industry, including senior marketing roles with Six Flags and Madame Tussauds. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on attendance growth, brand strategy, and revenue performance across destination-driven entertainment organizations.
In 2017, Fluet founded Get It Done Marketing, a strategic consulting firm serving the greater amusement industry, specifically amusement parks, water parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, campgrounds, and industry suppliers. He partnered with more than 50 organizations to develop short- and long-term marketing strategies, strengthen team performance, and implement disciplined, data-informed marketing programs designed to drive measurable growth.
Fluet is known for combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. His experience at both the corporate and property levels gives him a clear understanding of the operational and competitive demands facing destination attractions.
As Vice President of Marketing, Fluet will lead Gateway’s global marketing strategy, overseeing brand development, communications, and demand generation as the company continues to expand its footprint in the attractions technology sector.

Wallace brings more than 30 years of sales experience in the attractions industry, including roles at Nutmeg and, most recently, at Digonex. He has partnered with attractions across North America and internationally to implement ticketing, pricing, and guest-engagement solutions, focusing on practical, revenue-driven strategies that drive attendance, optimize yield, and enhance the visitor experience.
As Director of Sales, Wallace will lead Gateway’s sales initiatives, focusing on strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering measurable value to attractions worldwide.
“Eric and Chad bring complementary strengths that will help us better serve attractions around the world and continue delivering long-term value to our clients,” said Michael Andre, President and CEO of Gateway Ticketing Systems. “Eric understands the pressures our customers face because he’s lived them, and Chad has a rare ability to connect strategy to real operational results. Beyond their experience, they share our commitment to partnership and long-term success. I’m genuinely excited to welcome them to the Gateway leadership team and confident they will make an immediate impact for our customers around the world.”
