Gilbertsville, PA (September 19, 2017) – Visit us at this year’s Euro Attractions Show (EAS) in Berlin at Booth #20-704. The conference runs 24-28 September with the expo taking place 26-28 September at the Berlin Messe Exhibition Center in Germany.
IAAPA EAS

“Gateway has an active customer community in Europe,” says Steve Bell, one of Gateway’s Business Solutions Architects. “We always enjoy meeting potential new customers and visiting with existing ones. The show provides an excellent opportunity to discuss with both groups how our Galaxy® software suite and expert services can increase visitor satisfaction, drive revenue and elevate their ticketing and admission processes.”

In addition to ticketing, season pass, admission control, food and beverage, and retail capabilities, visitors to the booth will learn about these new products:

  • Galaxy Connect™, a cloud-based platform that enables attractions and participating distributors to easily and securely sell live tickets, even for capacity-managed events. Galaxy Connect eliminates the need for vouchers, saving hours of tedious back-office work.
  • CRM Plus | Powered by Galaxy, a powerful contact relationship management tool that integrates seamlessly with Gateway’s powerful Galaxy® point-of-sale software. CRM Plus enables attractions to conduct segmentation analysis and trigger real-time personalized communications to deepen relationships with its guests.
  • Reporting Plus | Powered by Galaxy allows attractions to monitor business performance through a set of customizable reports running against a subset of Galaxy’s transactional data. The Reporting Plus framework can also be used to feed third-party reporting, business intelligence and analytics tools.
