Gateway Ticketing Systems Awards 22 Employees For Exceptional Performance in 2021

Gilbertsville, PA (February 8, 2022) – Gateway Ticketing Systems®, the world leader in ticketing and guest experience solutions for the attractions space, recently presented their 2021 Employee Awards. 22 employees were recognized by the organization for their outstanding commitment to Gateway’s values and continued success of the company.

Gateway Ticketing Systems presented its Core Values awards for 2021.

Tom Traegler, Technical Support Specialist, was presented the Customer Care Award for consistently exhibiting exceptional performance on customer service in his delivery and presentation, allowing Gateway to forge a customer experience unrivaled in its industry.

Mike Briggs, Desktop/Server Technician, and Chad Wallace, Business Solutions Architect, received the Integrity Award for consistently exhibiting strong character, honesty, and fairness in all interactions with their customers and peers.

Randy Josselyn, Principal, Wildlife & Conservation, was presented the Passion Award for showing extraordinary dedication and enthusiasm for the company, its mission, and its customers.

Jon Schnell, Sr. Technical Support Analyst, and Tom Lee, Sr. Implementation Specialist, received the Accountability Award for demonstrating a high level of ownership and responsibility in their work by seeing projects through to the end, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the highest standard of quality.

Matthew Steckiel, Principal, Strategic Solutions, was presented the Teamwork Award for demonstrating excellence in developing and sustaining cooperative and collaborative professional relationships.

Wes Moser, Principal Software Engineer, received the Communication Award for consistently exhibiting effective and concise communication; always listening before reacting, and always assuming positive intent.

Dan Haviland, Sr. Business Solutions Engineer, was presented the Innovation Award for conceiving and executing creative and radical ideas that uphold Gateway’s status as a cutting edge, industry pioneer.

Gateway Ticketing Systems also presented its Polaris Awards to recognize those employees that served as a shining example and guiding presence to their coworkers in 2021.

Hillary Carter, Program Manager, was presented the Calm in the Eye of the Storm Award for remaining seemingly unperturbed during chaotic and high-pressure situations, and delivering outstanding results with clarity and focus.

Patty Mulkern, Manual Test Engineer, received the Positive Vibes Award for motivating her peers, keeping things positive through encouragement and humor, and making the workplace fun.

Dana Amole, Web Graphics Developer, and Jamie Elswick, Strategic Account Manager, were presented the Outstanding Mentor Award for being influential to others in meeting departmental objectives, mentoring or providing assistance for others, suggesting initiatives or changes that will support group productivity, and investing in coaching and mentoring newer associates.

Wes Moser, Principal Software Engineer, was presented the Out of This World Performance Award for being a well-respected “A” Player who delivers phenomenal results on a daily basis, and exemplifies all the company core values while maintaining a positive outlook.

Randy Tapson, Sr. Software Developer, and Kevin Robinson, Program Manager, were presented the Overcoming Obstacles Award for doggedly pursuing goals despite adversity by finding a way to complete the mission regardless of unexpected challenges, limited resources, or inflexible timelines.

Jerry Burchard, Systems Engineer, and Jennifer Ott, Customer Care Specialist, were presented the Unsung Heroes Award for being non-customer facing employees whose behind-the-scenes support has a critical impact on the more highly visible operations of the company.

Angelo Izzo, Operations Administrator, was presented the Company Spirit Award for exemplifying the company’s culture, mission, and values in her interactions with customers and other employees.

Martin Binder, Principal Software Engineer, and Jason Harding, Principal Software Engineer, were presented the Technical Excellence Award for consistently displaying excellence in problem solving, developing, or implementing challenging or complex issues, projects, or applications.

Kori Richards, Sr. CRM Consultant, was presented the Rookie of the Year Award for starting with Gateway in 2021, and in a short period of time, significantly impacting her team and the company with an all-star performance, and game-changing potential.

The final award presented during the 2021 award presentation was The President’s Award.

The President’s Award is a prestigious award given to an individual that exemplifies high performance, with significant personal achievement that drives substantial results. The award recipient embodies the company core values in everything they do. Joe Marshall, General Manager, United Kingdom, recieved the President’s Award for 2021.
