Gilbertsville, PA (November 4, 2019) – Gateway Ticketing Systems®, the world leader in ticketing, admission control and revenue-generating solutions for the attractions industry for over 30 years, is exhibiting at IAAPA Attractions Expo for the 27th consecutive year. The show runs from Nov. 18 – 22, 2019 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Gateway will be at Booth #4854 and is a Platinum Sponsor of the event.
Gateway has designed their largest, most innovative and most immersive booth in their 27 year history of exhibiting at IAAPA. Central to their exhibit is their brand new Guest Journey, an interactive guided experience that immerses you into the journey of your guest. Encounter your operations from their perspective, from purchasing a ticket to accessing your venue, to stopping at the gift shop, exiting your attraction, and even receiving follow up communications. Then learn how Gateway’s Galaxy® ticketing and admission control software makes these processes more efficient and profitable, and how it aggregates the operational data you collect to help you make smarter business decisions. Go home with actionable recommendations for improving the Guest Journey at your attraction.
Tradeshow Tip: Make sure you bring your IAAPA showbook bookmark. It might be useful during the journey! And if you received a Guest Journey Pass from Gateway prior to the show, be sure to bring that too.
Gateway Ticketing will deliver a 20 minute presentation on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 9:10 AM in room S230CDE: 10 Success Factors in Selecting the Right Ticketing System for Your Attraction.
Have you been charged with investigating a new ticketing solution for your venue? Or just interested in staying on top of the best-in-class ticketing solutions out there? Obviously you want to succeed in finding the perfect match to meet your needs and take your business forward in the future. But what are those invaluable tips that can make your evaluation process more efficient and help ensure you select the right partner? During this session, Gateway will offer the gems they’ve uncovered in helping hundreds of the world’s top attractions do just that. Stick around after the session and receive a complimentary membership pass to Gateway’s Guest Journey.
Gateway’s involvement with IAAPA Expo 2019 goes well beyond their Platinum Sponsorship, showbook bookmark sponsorship, and spotlight session.
The organization will once again participate in the 13th Annual IAAPA Footprints from the Heart 5K Run/1-Mile Walk benefiting Give Kids the World Village. Give Kids the World Village is a storybook village resort in Kissimmee where children with critical illnesses and their families are treated to week-long, cost-free vacations. This is a cause that is near and dear to the Gateway family. Last year they were the Top Team Fundraiser, and this year they aim to raise an even greater amount for the cause.
Gateway has also been nominated for a Brass Ring Award in the category of ‘Best Employee Engagement Initiative’. The One Gateway Committee is an employee-led committee dedicated to enhancing the organization’s relationship with it’s employees and the community in which they live and work. The committee organizes involvement with local and national service organizations and events like the Autism Speaks Walk or Give Kids the World, and it also organizes fun engagement activities for employees like Wii bowling tournaments, Halloween costume parties, an annual chili cook-off, and coffee and soda taste testing for the kitchen.
