Widespread shut-downs occurred right around the spring break period in 2020, so most attractions had already planned for a ramp-up in attendance without considering the pandemic.
This year, of course, is wildly different. We now have to prepare for the influx of guests that visit our attraction during spring break – during the pandemic. With so many factors to consider, including the limited availability of a vaccine, it will be difficult to predict the number of guests that will come through our gates, let alone plan how to safely handle them.
So Randy and Matthew spent this Webinar Wednesday speaking with attractions that are working through the spring break planning process so we can all share ideas and best practices for how to handle what could be the first big ‘rush’ of the year.
