Products & Services
From the industry's best ticketing system to unified food & beverage and retail operations, Gateway offers world-class solutions to increase revenue.
The 2026 North America User Group Meeting, hosted by Gateway Ticketing Systems in Phoenix, Arizona, is on the horizon. We’re looking forward to sharing an exceptional experience filled with learning, networking, and inspiration. With exciting developments in mobile access control, kiosk branding, AI-powered ticketing, the Galaxy® New Web Store, customer portal updates, cloud enhancements, and more, this year’s UGM is set to be an inspiring and informative experience.
The conference kicks off Monday, October 5, with a welcome reception at the Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. PDT. This opening evening offers the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow customers, sponsors, partners, and industry peers ahead of three days of meaningful conversations, hands-on learning, product demonstrations, and industry insights.
Our Offerings
We’re excited to showcase the latest advancements in mobile access control, along with new kiosk branding capabilities that put greater flexibility directly in your hands. These tools allow for tailor-made workflows to address your unique admissions needs and goals. For a closer look, related hardware will be available for hands-on demonstrations in the Solutions Center throughout the event.
We’ll also demonstrate our AI Chatbot MCP, an AI-powered ticketing agent, and its functionality within the New Web Store. The new AI agent is designed to address the challenges of helping visitors navigate complex inventory, overlapping promotions, and the many options presented on ticketing pages. Instead of leaving guests to figure it out on their own, the AI agent serves to answer questions, compare options, and help complete the purchase all within the same window.
Other exciting updates include our redesigned customer portal and enhanced Site Builder functionality. The new experience features a sleeker interface, more intuitive page customization, and guided walkthroughs to make building and managing site pages easy and seamless. We’ll also offer micro-learning sessions focused on ongoing topics of interest within the community, notably including best practices for managing duplicate contacts in Galaxy and beyond.
